By downloading or using BondMe you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.
1. Who offers BondMe
BondMe is an app for iPhone and iPad developed by Manada Agency ("we", "us"). For any question you can write to contacto@manadaagency.com .
2. What BondMe is
BondMe offers countdown, streak, "days together", and note widgets, with the option to share them with a group (partner, family, or friends) through your own iCloud syncing. There are no accounts or sign-up: we use the iCloud session that already exists on your device.
3. Minimum age
BondMe is not directed at children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you should only use it with permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Groups and shared content
When you create or join a group, or share a note, the content you write (countdowns, notes, group names) travels directly between members' devices via iCloud: we don't host it or review it. That's why you are responsible for what you share. By using BondMe you agree to:
- Only create or join groups with people you know and who want to be there.
- Not use shared notes for harassment, threats, illegal content, or anything that violates another person's rights.
- Not attempt to abuse, flood, or circumvent the invite code system (for example, by guessing codes at random to join someone else's group).
You can leave a group or stop sharing a note at any time from the app. If you believe someone is abusing the group feature, write to us and we'll look into it.
5. Subscription
Some features require the "Unlock everything" subscription (monthly or annual), processed by Apple through StoreKit, which renews automatically until you cancel it. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation details are in the Privacy Policy. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA, which specifically governs that purchase.
6. Ownership
The BondMe name, its icon, and the app's design belong to Manada Agency; please don't copy them or reuse them for another project without permission. Content you create inside BondMe (your notes, titles, group names) remains yours: we claim no rights over it.
7. Third-party services
BondMe relies on Apple services (iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, notifications) and, in the free version, on Google (AdMob). Use of those services is also governed by their own terms, which we don't control.
8. "As is", no warranties
BondMe is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, that syncing is instant, or that a widget updates without delay (iOS decides that). We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, since we depend on Apple's infrastructure and your connection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manada Agency is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data stored only on your device, or any harm resulting from content that you or another member of your group share. Nothing here limits any rights your country's law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.
10. Termination
You can stop using BondMe at any time by simply uninstalling it. If we ever discontinue the app, we'll announce it with reasonable advance notice on the site or within the app when possible.
11. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use BondMe after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any rights your country of residence grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.
