Privacy Policy

1. Who is behind BondMe
BondMe is an app for iPhone and iPad developed by Manada Agency. For any privacy matter you can write to me@ieduuardo.com .
2. What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-up. The app works without ever giving us your name, email, or phone number.
- No servers of our own. No app data ever passes through our infrastructure.
- No personal data collection and no analytics tools of our own inside the app.
- No selling or sharing data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Where your data lives
Everything you create in BondMe (countdowns, streaks, and notes) is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your private iCloud database (CloudKit, Apple's sync service).
When you share a note with someone, syncing happens directly between your iCloud accounts through CloudKit sharing. Apple handles that transit with its own encryption; we have no technical access to the content of your notes, countdowns, or streaks.
To delete your data, remove the content from the app itself or uninstall it; data stored in iCloud is managed from your Apple account (Settings → your name → iCloud). Use of iCloud is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
4. Subscription
BondMe unlocks with an in-app subscription ("Unlock everything"), monthly (US$2.99) or annual (US$24.99), processed by Apple through StoreKit. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple with your App Store account: we never see your payment details or your identity.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it; the charge is billed to your Apple account. You can cancel anytime from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or from BondMe's Settings → Premium → Manage Subscription). The app stays unlocked until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple's Standard EULA applies.
5. Ads in the free version
The free version of BondMe shows Google AdMob ads. Here is how we handle it:
- Consent first. Before loading any ad, the app shows Google's consent prompt (User Messaging Platform) where GDPR and equivalent regulations apply.
- App Tracking Transparency. iOS asks whether you allow tracking. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow it; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead.
- Changing your mind. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time from the app's settings, and manage tracking in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- No ads. While your subscription is active, ads are removed entirely.
Google acts as the advertising provider and processes certain data under its own policies: Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data in advertising.
6. Children
BondMe is not directed at children under 13 and, since we collect no personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children either.
7. This website
This site is static and uses no cookies, no invasive analytics, and no trackers. There are no forms sending data to servers of ours.
8. Your rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data, requests for access, rectification, or deletion normally apply to Apple (iCloud, App Store) or Google (AdMob), which act as controllers of their services. Still, if you have any question or request about your privacy, write to us and we will help you sort it out.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date shown above.
10. Contact
Write to me@ieduuardo.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
